I work with people in seasons of transition—times when life feels unsettled, familiar ways of being no longer fit, and something new is quietly asking to take shape.
Often, there are no clear answers yet. There may be restlessness, grief, fatigue, or a sense of standing at a threshold without knowing what comes next. My work offers calm, thoughtful companionship during these in-between times, when clarity is still forming and cannot be rushed.
For more than twenty years, I have walked alongside individuals and families in moments of profound change as a healthcare chaplain in hospital and hospice settings and as a bereavement coordinator. This work has shaped a deep respect for the inner life and for the questions that arise when we are asked to let go, reorient, or begin again.
At the heart of my practice is deep listening. I offer an unhurried, attentive presence where you are not being assessed, fixed, or guided toward predetermined outcomes. Instead, we slow down together. We listen for what matters. We make room for grief, uncertainty, longing, and hope—without pressure to have it all figured out.
My work is spiritual at its core, grounded in reverence for each person’s unique journey and inner wisdom. I work with people from all backgrounds and worldviews. You do not need to hold particular beliefs or use spiritual language for our work to be meaningful.
I call this process wholenessing—the ongoing work of becoming more fully who you are, especially during times when life is asking you to release old identities, assumptions, or directions.
If you are in a season of change and are longing for a slower, wiser way of understanding what is unfolding, I offer a steady place to land.
