People Often Find Me When…
People often come to this work not because something is “wrong,” but because something that once worked no longer does.
You may find yourself here when:
You are in the midst of a major life transition—retirement, career change, caregiving, illness, or relocation—and feel disoriented or uncertain
A familiar role or identity is falling away, and you are unsure who you are becoming
You feel restless, burned out, or quietly dissatisfied, even though life looks “fine” on the outside
You are grieving a loss—of a person, a relationship, a way of life, or a future you expected
You have outgrown beliefs, structures, or rhythms that once gave you meaning
You are longing for a deeper, more meaningful way of living but don’t know how to begin
Therapy has been helpful, yet you now want something slower, less clinical, and more reflective
You are a helper, caregiver, or professional who holds space for others and needs a place where you can simply be human
You do not need to have clear language for what is changing before we begin. Often, the work is in discovering the words together—or in allowing silence to do its work.
What Our Work Looks Like
People often ask what our conversations are like.
Our conversations are focused, calm, and unhurried. I provide a steady place to think, speak honestly, and sort through what’s happening in your life.
In our work together, we may:
Talk through what feels confusing, unresolved, or heavy
Make sense of mixed emotions, doubts, and questions
Name what may be ending and what may be beginning
Consider possible next steps without pressure to decide right away
Reflect on what matters most as your life is changing
This work recognizes that many important life transitions don’t have clear solutions. They take time, attention, and space to understand.

This work is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It is a space for reflection, discernment, and companionship during times of change—especially when you sense that slowing down, rather than pushing forward, is what is needed.
